Barrel fermented in 60% new French oak barriques and 40% older barriques. Brilliant straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose shows good lift with aromas of white peach, nectarine and cashew intermixed followed by some biscuity oak and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant creamy mouthfeel the palate has flavours of citrus and white peach overlaid by cashew with some trailing biscuit, light honeycomb and spice nuances. Clean dry finish. Long white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice aftertaste.
