Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and watery hue. Delicate and refined the nose reveals scents of subtle white peach, nectarine and citrus overlaid by toasty oak finishing with some wet stone and mineral notes. Made in a very elegant mould the palate shows flavours of white peach wrapped around some cashew, toasty oak and mineral. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of toasty cashew and mineral.
