Opaque black red colour with a very dark red to brick red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe black raspberry and liquorice are followed by some dried cherry characters, earth, leather and spice. Rich lusciously textured flavours of ripe blackberries and liquorice are intermixed with hints of dried prune over some spicy earth. Velvet smooth tannins. Long sumptuous aftertaste of ripe black raspberries, liquorice, subtle dried raisins and spicy earth.
