Semi translucent dark red colour with light crimson red hue. The nose features dark cherry top notes over meaty game like characters, cedar and spice. Light in weight but with plenty of power the palate delivers a very savoury flavour profile of dark cherries and meaty characters followed by some more subtle nuances of cedar and earth finishing dry and spicy. Very fine grained tannins with long dark cherry, meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
