2012 Domaine de la Majone Picpoul de Pinet

Made from Piquepoul grapes. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lifted ripe red apple and honeysuckle top notes with some floral overtones and spicy ripe pears also present. The palate features flavours of red apple, ripe pear and honeysuckle with a spicy dry finish. Good textural feel with aftertaste of spicy red apple and pear.
