Bright straw colour with some greenish highlights around the edges and a very pale straw hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe pear, honeycomb and biscuit followed by some roasted almond like characters and spice. The palate has good richness with an elegant moderately creamy mouthfeel and flavours of pear intermixed with light honeycomb over some biscuity oak and lightly roasted almonds. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pear, honeycomb, spicy biscuity oak and almond.
