Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice overlaid by some toasty oak and spice. The palate has a soft plush mouthfeel with generous fleshy medium bodied flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice overlaid by some spicy toasted oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice and spicy toasty oak.
