Opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue. The nose offers up aromas of blackcurrants and black olives as top notes followed by some cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Firm palate structure with flavours of blackcurrants intermixed with black olives prevalent over a background of smoked tobacco and spicy cedar. Dry finish with a firm assertive tannin structure. Aftertaste of blackcurrants, black olives, tobacco and spicy cedar.
