Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime and citrus are followed by some orange rind and mineral. The palate possesses a steely acid backbone with flavours of lemon, lime and flinty mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lemon juice, a touch of lime and steely mineral.
