A blend of 55% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre and 20% Shiraz. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light brick red hue. Aromas of ripe raspberries are intermixed with some liquorice and confectionary followed by some spice end notes. Medium weight but joosy and ripe the palate has flavours of dark raspberries, some liquorice and a touch of earth followed by a spicy back palate. Soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe raspberries and spicy earth.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
