A blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Merlot. Totally opaque inky black purple core with a deep very dark purple hue. Lifted ripe black cherry and liquorice scents are followed by some earth, cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate is dominated by rich black cherry flavours intermixed with some liquorice underpinned by vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Dry chewy finish with a solid tannin structure. Excellent length and richness with a long ripe black cherry, liquorice, earth and spicy cedar aftertaste.
