Opaque black dark purple colour with dark purple hue. Nosing offers up aromas of liquorice and blackberry followed by some vanillin oak and light spice. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of blackberry, dark cherries, liquorice and spicy toasty oak. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak.
