This Sparkling is made from a blend of 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Excellent white frothy mousse with a pale straw very pale gold base wine colour. Excellent very fine profuse bead. The nose displays aromas of pear followed by baked bread, cashew and yeast lees. Quite creamy in the mouth the palate possesses a rich flavour profile of baked bread, pear, toast, cashew and yeast lees. Clean dry finish with long baked bread, toasty yeast lees and cashew aftertaste.
