Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with lifted notes of white peach and spice followed by some cashew and light toast. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of spice, white peach and cashew followed by some biscuit and spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of white peach, spice and lightly toasted biscuit.
