Produced from a blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Alicante Bouschet sourced from young vines. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and the wine was matured in oak for 3 months.
Mauve crimson red colour with mauve crimson hue. Perfumed notes of sweet cherry, earth and spice. The palate displays good weight with a new world like flavour profile, almost joosy. Sweet black cherries, plum and spice with very soft tannins. Dry finish with aftertaste of sweet black cherry and plum.
