Deep impenetrable black as night core with a dark red black tinged hue. Powerfully scented, a chorus of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate aromas evolve from the glass followed by nuances of earthy vanillin cedar, traces of leather and spice. Bold, weighty and very rich, concentrated flavours of ripe blackberries, liquorice, dark plums and more subtle dark chocolate coat the palate with great volume and opulence. Ensuing are complexing earthy leather nuances, old vanillin cedar and spice. Very polished, plush tannins. Excellent power with a long ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark plum, dark chocolate, vanillin cedar, earth and spicy leather aftertaste.
