This GSM blend is comprised of 54% Grenache, 24% Shiraz, 16% Mataro and 6% Cinsaut. Opaque dark red colour with deep dark red mauve hue. The nose displays perfumed top notes of dark raspberry, plum and black cherry followed by some confectionary and spice. The palate is voluptuously textured with opulent supple flavours of ripe black raspberry, dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate with some spicy characters on the back palate. Velvet smooth, beautifully integrated tannin structure with very long aftertaste of dark plum, spice and black raspberry.
