Produced from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Good white creamy mousse. Pale pink salmon base wine colour with very fine and very persistent bead. Aromas of strawberries and confectionary displaying good intensity but lacking complexity. Very distinct winter strawberry palate flavours with some raspberry and confectionary also making an appearance. A little simple. Creamy texture with aftertaste of sweet strawberry and confectionary.
