2008 Jacob's Creek St. Hugo Barossa Shiraz

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark plum, dark chocolate, liquorice and mocha followed by some vanillin oak. Bold rich palate possessing excellent concentration. Mouthfilling flavours of dark chocolate and dark plum are followed by some mocha and vanilla characters. Velvet smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of dark chocolate, dark plum, mocha and vanillin spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).
