Bright straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Top note of dry hay, followed by confectionary and ripe gooseberry. The palate follows the nose, with flavours of confectionary and light tropical fruit over a grassy background. Relatively soft acidity. Perfect balance. Aftertaste of confectionary, gooseberry and tropical fruit.
