Totally opaque black dark purple red colour with deep dark red purple hue. Nosing reveals scents of black cherries, dark plums and leather followed by a touch of earth and some spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous black cherry and dark plum flavours with some underlying earthy leather characters and spice. Dry finish with slightly grippy tannins. Aftertaste of black cherry, earthy leather and spice.
