This wine is produced from Crouchen and Riesling grapes grown on selected Victorian vineyards. The colour is pale yellow, and it has aromas of ripe pear, tropical fruits and citrus. It is a clean and lively wine, with some residual sweetness balanced by the crisp acidity of the Riesling component. Its juicy fruit and clean, fresh finish make it a delicious aperitif and an extremely versatile food wine. This wine should be served chilled and enjoyed within 2 years of vintage. Alc/Vol 10.5%
