The fruit for this Pinotage was sourced from unirrigated bush vines between 20 to 40 years of age. Deep dark red crimson colour with dark red crimson hue. Restrained aromas of truffle, earth and meaty dark cherry. Medium weight with flavours of spicy dark cherry, plum and anise – quite generous. Fine grained dry balanced tannin structure. Aftertaste of dark cherry, earth and anise.
