Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose, violets followed by a hint of new leather, spice and blackcurrant. The palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, followed by dark chocolate and spice. Fine dryish tannins – slightly chalky. Dry, chalky aftertaste with blackcurrant and chocolate remaining in the background.
