Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, cherry and spice, followed by violet end notes. This is a big shiraz by Western Australian standards and resembles the voluptuous character of McLaren Vale. Excellent palate weight with ‘joosy’ flavours of blackberry and spice over a black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins, velvet smooth. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, plum, spice and black pepper.
