A blend of 43% Shiraz, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc the wine was matured for 12 months in French & American oak hogsheads. Deep crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Aromas of liquorice allsorts, confectionary and stewed plum. Medium weight with flavours of dark chocolate, stewed plum and confectionary. Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, confectionary and spice.
