2007 Murray Street Barossa Valley Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue and paint like cling – excellent colour. The nose is quite perfumed with ripe plum, mocha, confectionary and liquorice aromas. Full bodied and generous palate flavours but lacking the length and depth of the superb 2005 vintage. Flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice, confectionary, spice and blackpepper. Fine grained tannin structure with aftertaste of blackpepper, spice and blackberry.
Cellar 3-4 year (2012-2013).
