A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice, dark chocolate and confectionary. Medium to full bodied with flavours of dark plum, liquorice and confectionary with a very spicy back palate. Dry fine grained tannin structure gives the wine an almost leather like mouthfeel. Aftertaste of spice and blackcurrant.
Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015).
