The wine pours with a good white frothy mousse showing excellent hold. Very pale straw base wine colour with very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Aromas of grapefruit are followed by some light toast, citrus and sherbet. The palate possesses good acid structure with a delicate flavour profile of citrus, light toast and yeast lees. Crisp refreshing finish with aftertaste of citrus and toast.
