Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose of fig and melon, followed by distinct yeast lees, showing very good barrel ferment character. The palate flavour profile is less intense than the nose suggests. Flavours of peach, tropical fruit and light spicy oak. Clean acid finish. Light lemon aftertaste.
