An elegant white Burgundy inspired wine.
The fruit for this wine was grown in the Tibooburra Vineyard of Hoddle’s Creek, and is matured in large French oak casks and fermented with natural yeasts. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees and biscuit followed by hazelnut, displaying considerable complexity. There is an elegance on the palate supported by flavours of light citrus and grapefruit over a background of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew. Crisp acid backbone. Very long aftertaste of yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut.
