A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot that was matured for 25 months in new 225 litre French Nevers oak barrels with medium toast.
Opaque dark purple black colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted blackcurrant and mulberry aromas followed by cedar, spice, cigar box and a hint of earth – a very refined sniff. The palate combines elegance and richness with flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice. Fine grained perfectly integrated tannins with long aftertaste of mulberry, earth, spice and cedar.
