A restrained, classic Clare Valley Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue, showing good cling
to the glass wall. Aroma of raspberry, ripe plum and vanilla followed by a hint of liquorice, blackberry and spice. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of spice and liquorice emerge, which run through the aftertaste.
