The grapes for this wine have been organically grown. Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Delicate top note of honey and lemon, followed by spice and a hint of honeycomb. On the palate honey and lemon flavours are followed by honeycomb and light toffee with a hint of caramel on the back palate. Clean acidity, but not a luscious wine. Quite spicy, with aftertaste of honey, citrus and light caramel.
