Produced from a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Creamy mousse with very fine and very persistent bead. Pale straw colour base wine. The nose displays aromas of baked apples, biscuit and citrus with a touch of yeast lees also emerging. Delicate flavours of biscuit, lemon, baked apple and sherbert followed by some mineral notes. Creamy texture with a clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of biscuit, lemon and baked apple.
