Opaque, very dark red colour with deep, brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of stewed, ripe plums, mocha, vanilla and spice. The palate is very full bodied and concentrated, delivering flavours of mocha, dark plums and vanilla followed by a touch of liquorice and spice. However, it’s just starting to show signs of drying out and finishes on the dry side. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of mocha, dark plum and vanillin spice. Matured for 12 months in American & French oak.
