Totally opaque black purple colour with crimson purple hue. Lifted top note of vanilla and liquorice allsorts. The palate displays refinement with elegance, reflective the 2005 vintage. Flavours of plum, cherry, vanilla and blackberry emerge. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, cherry, vanilla and blackberry persists.
