Totally opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Top note of liquorice, plum, blackberry and toasted oak. Generous palate, with flavours of black pepper, blackberry, liquorice and plum over a distinct black pepper background. Joosy palate structure. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, plum and liquorice. An excellent wine that needs time to evolve.
