A tight classy Shiraz that needs time to evolve. Opaque black crimson purple colour with excellent cling to the glass. Top note of vanilla, followed by blackberry. The palate flavours are refined, with white pepper and blackberry flavours dominant supported by fine dryish but balanced tannins. Very long aftertaste of blackberry with fine dry tannins persisting.
