Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose has a quality of its own and quite unlike Rieslings from Australia’s top regions. There is a hay/straw and confectionary top note followed by a touch of citrus. Again on the palate the flavour profile is different with nuances of confectionary and spice evident over a lemon backbone. Aftertaste of confectionary, lemon and hay.
