A big full bodied Chardonnay. Brilliant gold colour with straw hue. Distinctive nose, with yeast lees top note, followed by hazelnut, cashew and biscuit, followed by endnotes of fig and oak. The palate has a creamy texture, with distinctive barrel ferment character. Flavours of yeast lees, melon and fig over a honey toast back palate. Very good length and depth. Clean acid finish, with long aftertaste of honey, yeast lees, toast and hazelnut.
