Brilliant gold colour, showing good bottle development. Top note of honey, followed by a hint of melon. On the palate, flavours of honey, spice and melon over a creamy background. The flavours are slowly filling out. Some herbaceous grapefruit back palate flavours emerge. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of honey, spice and grapefruit.
