This wine is composed of a blend of 36% Mourvedre, 33% Grenache and 31% Shiraz.
Developed colour – brick red with brick red hue. Medium body – showing its age. Lifted nose with new leather top note followed by spice and raspberry jam. On the palate flavours of spice, raspberry and new leather, followed by a hint of raisin cake. Fine slightly dry, chalky tannins. The wine is starting to dry out.
