A more refined style than the standard Giant Steps. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees and biscuit. Creamy texture, with moderate flavour persistence. The oak is well integrated and not too assertive. Flavours of yeast lees, cashews and biscuit emerge. Soft acid finish. Very long aftertaste of spice, biscuit, hazelnut and yeast lees.
