The Centinas Gaze, refers to an Alpaca which is apparently quartered in a paddock adjacent to the Tempranillo vineyard. This is the third vintage of this wine, produced from a trial block of mother vines, established under the guide of the Clare Valley Vine Improvement Society. The wine comes with a Stelvin Cap.
Bright, purple mauve colour. Medium weight. Lifted aromatic nose of raspberry, strawberry, red current, and just a hint of violets. The palate is relatively short, with flavours of raspberry and sour cherries emerging. Fine dry tannins. Sour cherry, raspberry aftertaste.
