2003 Cockfighters Ghost Shiraz

Medium body. Brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of stewed fruit followed by cedar and a touch of leather, showing developed characteristics already. On the palate, flavours of stewed fruit and leather are evident – the fruit is beginning to dry out. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, leather and cedar.
