2002 Preece Cabernet Sauvignon

A combination of Goulburn and King Valley vineyards provide fruit for thiswine. The diversity of vineyards produces a combination of ripe fruitflavours and cooler climate characteristics. The vines were grown on ScottHenry and VSP trellis systems and spur pruned to produce 3 - 4 tonnes peracre in this drought year. The soil type is mainly red sandy loam.

Tasting Note: Vibrant ruby red in colour with aromas ofredcurrants, beetroot, raspberries, earth and vanilla.Intense flavours of ripe sweet mulberries and currants are complimented bysavoury flavours and sweet rum and vanilla. The mouthfeel is soft up frontwith fine grainy tannins at the finish. Alc/Vol: 14.5%
