The Paringa Vineyard is owned by David & Dena Hickinbotham who also own the Hickinbotham Vineyard in Clarendon Hills. Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cassis, blackcurrant, chocolate and spice, followed by a hint of pepper. The palate reveals dry, firmish tannins, overlaid with flavours of blackcurrant and spice. The fine dry tannins persist well into the aftertaste.
