This wine demonstrates quite clearly why you don’t grow Pinot in a warm climate. Deep brick red colour with deep amber hue. Aroma of leather and stewed fruit followed by a prune end note. Flavours of leather, stewed fruit and sour plum. Dryish tannins. Aftertaste of leather and stewed fruit.
