Bright straw colour. Aroma of cashew and biscuit followed by notes of fig and subtle yeast lees. The palate has weight with flavours of citrus, yeast lees and cashew nuts evident. The use of oak is subtle, enhancing the length of the palate. Clean acid finish with long aftertaste of yeast lees, fig and biscuit.
